RR loginV2: stand-alone login service for 95, 98 and NT

What it is:
RRLoginV2 is the award-winning and highly praised replacement login program for Windows 95, Windows 98, NT 4, or NT 5 that totally replaces your existing Time Warner login. You do not even need any Time Warner software to use RRLoginV2. There is no massive download - RRLoginV2 is exceptionally small (about a 400k download), and the install is fully automatic and professional, and comes complete with an uninstall.

How much does it cost?
RRLoginV2 is free! Since there is no encryption in this version, even the source code is downloadable!

What it does:
RRLoginV2 does exactly the same basic functions as the Time Warner software: it allows you to connect to the Road Runner network and authorizes your computer to be part of their network. RRLoginV2 "unlocks" the network for your machine, using the same login protocol that Road Runner uses.
RRLoginV2 also functions as an automatic re-login program, which keeps your system connected - transparently. It's as if you are wired permanently into the Internet with your own leased line!

As an added bonus, RRLoginV2 has the capability to run programs when logged in or out, understands "sleep" mode on most systems, and has as much or as little logging as you want.

In addition, RRLoginV2 is the only Road Runner login program that automatically functions as a "service" on your NT or 95/98 system - you never need to log in locally - once your system boots up, you're logged in and ready to roll.

RRLoginV2 also detects when the login server does not seem to be functioning (i.e.: doesn't "ping" your system when it should, or the client somehow missed it), and will automatically log you back in. The server is given a "grace" period in order not to swamp it with logins.

Where to get it:
You can download the current production build and source code of RRLoginV2 right here. There are no annoying registration or key request forms to fill out, no contests to entice you to get the program. Only a clean, full-throttle, no-bullshit program written by a professional software designer.

If you need to contact Road Runner Tech Support that may or may not be related to connecting, be sure to first stop using this program.
