login: logon-servers by area

Not all Time Warner Road Runner service areas use the same server name for login. For a goodly number of the systems that do support this "MD5" protocol, the default of "logon-server" will suffice.
For others, you will have to put it in yourself, at least until V3 has some form of autoprobe that detects the server for you.
If you cannot figure it out, email to see if it's ok to send me your current Time Warner login client. I can run it through the old hex viewer and see what strings pop out.
