Q: How long is the beta good for?
A: 30 days, or until the experation period. Be sure to check back often for new builds and updates. Please note that you should not distribute production code using the beta.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: The pricing Visual Face Lift will be determined at a future date, once we have completed the beta period.

Q: I found a bug / I have a suggestion / I have an improvement
A: By all means, email them to us at - all bugs reported will be looked into, and any bug fixes will be rolled into the next update. Don't forget to subscribe to the Visual Face Lift Mailing List so that you can keep on top of things, and defiantly check the Message Boards for current topics on the subject of Visual Face Lift.

Q: Why does my skin look poor on 256 color displays?
A: This is generally due to an over-rich color set in your skin. The down-scaling code tries to preserve the color set as much as possible. A workaround is to check the current display color depth before your application installs the hook, and if <=256, do not use Visual Face Life.
