License Agreement September 12, 2003
This license agreement supercedes all other licenses and may be modified at any time without notice.

NOPcode.com grants you a limited 30-day BETA license to use the Visual Face Lift source code project (hereafter referred to as Visual Face Lift) in your own stand-alone applications. For the purpose of this license, "stand alone applications" shall refer to any application that is either a executable program, or a "plugin" addon for 3rd party hosting applications (such as Photoshop or FrontPage).

NOPcode.com does not grant you the right to use Visual Face Lift, in part or in whole, to create, modify, or extend a system-wide program or application designed to skin other applications outside of your source code control. These include, but are not limited to, shell or desktop replacement programs, deep or shallow system level hook programs, and the like.

Any use of Visual Face Lift, in part or in whole, must declare the use of Visual Face Lift in either the documentation, the help file, or the about box. NOPcode.com does not require any of your source code for this license. We will provide an option for the NOPcode.com web site to either link to, or mention, your application and usage. At your option, we will host any skin design that you want to showcase, and may offer to include it within the next install version of Visual Face Lift.

Cost
This Visual Face Lift Evaluation is a free program, good for 30 days of use, except as outlined above. This license entitles you to a limited amount of technical support, including bug fixes and code integration. Support is given by email at or by our Message Boards. If you have any questions, contact for more information on this license and restrictions. 

NOPcode.com reserves the right to modify either this license agreement, the product, and/or the distribution and usage thereof, at any time.
